I have my sprinkler or slip n slide running all summer long. My ten month old even loves to get in the action. I also like the free spray park idea, they love that. You can also go to the bookstore and sit and read to your kids in the cool of the air conditioner.

I take mine to a free pool or a water park. but If I have no way of getting there I would set up the sprinkler or a little pool.

check and see if your city has a splash park or wading pool. Walmart has little baby pools with sun shades. cool baths while at home and let your baby run around in just a diaper. make sure you keep your little ones well hydrated.
