Hi Zoe,
New to the community and to Circle of Mums. I'm 27 with one little boy, 11months old called Rufus.
We live in Warwickshire in UK where it's pretty quiet. Just moved from Birmingham so I'm more used to a fast paced city life.
I'm currently a stay at home mom but before Ru came along I worked as a sound engineer.
I'm pretty heavily tattood so I think I come across as unapproachable. Consequently I haven't made many 'mummy buddies' in my local area so I came here hoping to find some like-minded individuals.

Congrats on becoming our administrator.

I guess I'm the old one in the group at 41. I'm Joelle. Hubby and I were a punks in the 80s...he had an 18 inch mohawk and I sported beautiful blue hair. Now we're the cool parents of 2 girls - Jaelithe 10 years old and Ahnuka 8 years old. I own an alternative health care centre in Ontario, Canada.

I can understand why you feel that way, but I can tell you from experience when you find a good community it is not an issue! I was so put off by that I started my own community and actually landed in this community because of a awsome mom who joined my community! Welcome and I hope you find this a pleasant community where you feel welcome and accepted!

Thanks Michelle i am 22, 23 this year. I live in the uk . ?My son Marshall is 19 months and we are currently trying for another.I have a b rilliant Fiancee, who is also a brill daddy. we was getting married in 2008 but i fell pregnant and called it all off. i didn,t want people thinking we was only getting married because of the baby.so it is now scheduled for 2012 lol.
Both me and my Fiancee are into different things.I also believe ing ghost and everything paranormal.

Sorry to hear about the divorce, but am glad to hear you have a brill bf to help you through it all.

I know there are older threads of intro's but since you are our new community administrator I thought I would introduce myself.

I am 23 yrs old and I live in Elyria, Oh (in Lorain county). I have a 3 year old daughter named Lilian, and am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant with another daughter named Willow. I'm currently in a long drawn out divorce that should have never happened lol! But I have a wonderful boyfriend who is a great step-dad and soon to be daddy.
