Help with "How to talk so kids will listen..." book?

After 2.5 years of strife and difficulties with our oldest daughter, I have finally found a book that appears to be THE ONLY book I should have read. Has anyone else had success with this book? I have only read chapter 1, but already notice a difference! Our daughter has problems coping with her emotions, has a feisty personality and acts up at home and with family a lot. I hope to be able to help her with these issues after reading further with this book.



Any suggestions? Success stories? Thanks!
