What works better on an adult bike? A pull behind trailer or a child seat that mounts to the bike? Would love to take my three year old on bike rides with me and my oldest son.

We had a trailer once and it was really hard to pull. My husband had to pull the kids. I would deffently be interested in trying out one of those trail along bikes, they look fun.

We have a trail along bike - it is better than a seat or trailer. But my 4 year old is very tall for his age he can reach the pedals and enjoys pedaling behind daddy. This may not be the case for your child. I have friends who have used the trail along bike until their child was 8 years old so it's worth buying. My one year old has a seat on the back of my bike.
