My mother-in-law has offered to buy us a high chair for our second child. My 3 year old used a second hand high chair that never seemed clean. I'd like to get one that is easy to clean (straps too) and can also fold away easily. What high chair do you use and what do you love/hate about it? Thanks! Is there any reason I shouldn't just get a booster seat type chair?

We bought a booster chair that reclined for our first daughter. It was perfect: strapped to whatever chair we needed, didn't take up a lot of space, could take it with us if we really needed to, and it reclined for when she first started solids at 4.5 months old and worked as she got older. Our second child (now almost 4 months old), is starting to use it and it still works great! It was a The First Years brand with 3 positions and a tray. It also did not take up much space when we put it away until our next one came along. That's my recommendation! :o)
