Does anyone know the correct age for babies to start talking?

There really isn't a certain time that babies begin talking. It really depends on the child. I can't really help as far as offering any personal experience because my oldest child has Apraxia, which is a condition that prevented him from correctly pronouncing words and delayed him from talking until he was a little over three years old. He knew what he wanted to say but just couldn't do it. That's when I began asking questions about what age kids begin to talk. I was told that any time is the right time for a child to start talking unless of course they aren't making at least three or four word sentences by at least three. Hope that was a little bit of help. :)
