was wondering if any one had actually tried Raspberry Leaf tea & if it worked how long it took to start working and would they recommend it to any body?

There are high levels of Vit C and some alkaloids (fragrin) that can void early pregnancy (they help strengthen and focus contractions- which would not be good if you want to keep baby where s/he is) and start labor in mothers that are further along. There are also high levels of calcuim that can help control nerve response during labor and delivery. Carotenoids can help with your immune system and in turn that of your baby. I have never tried this for inducing labor, so I have no idea how long it would take to work (guess it depends if little one is ready to meet the world yet) if it really does at all, but it tastes a heck of a lot better than castor oil.
