my son turned 2 on the 3rd... we went to an egg hunt, though he was really not that interested in the eggs... had a spongebob-themed cake and "balloonies" for him, had my sister and her 3 girls come over... did a "brunch for dinner" it was a very nice cozy evening

We have one that is 2 yesterday but family didnt want to do 2 things so close. So we are doing Birthday next weekend. Still though incorprate the easter theme, we are gonna boil eggs and have kids decorate them. Then dad will hide why we are doing puffy paint shirts. Then outside for treasure finds of eggs. you could put whipped cream or choclate pudding etc..all over the table and do messy play to tons of stuff and all can be done inside too. Hope you have a great birthday ohhh and they don't know it is a week late there too young. Make sure you tell parents old messy clothes to play rough.

My little girl loves Dora. We are planning a Dora theme party for her and her little friends from daycare. We are doing the family thing the day before on her bday and the friends the next day. We even have a company here that will have Dora come to the house and play games with the kids so we've got Dora coming I know shes not afraid of those type of things she loves them! But just a small party but definately lots of memories to show her in the future!

My daughter's birthday is on April 3rd. A friend of mine noticed that there was an easter egg hunt at a local community centre. The kids get to have the easter egg hunt and a craft for a $1 a kid. The price could be better. For the goody bags I got easter bags to put the stuff in. I am actually suprised how many people are going to be there considering the weekend that it is. A bunny shaped cake would be cool or cupcakes with bunnies and eggs would be nice. If you want to decorate eggs....there is lots of kits. Pin the tail on the bunny, and instead of a pin use tape for kids this age. If you didnt want to/there wasnt one in your community do a egg hunt at the house. Im sure the kids would love it.
