Also she can climb stairs and bring me something when I ask her to like her baby or her ball. She also brings me the wipes box when she wants a diaper change which somethimes she doesn;t need.

My daughter will be 1 on April 10th. She has been walking since she was just over 8 months old. She runs and jumps a little too. She has been saying mom, mama (Grandma), pap-pap (pappy), bye-bye, nom-nom (yummy) and no since around 8 months as well. Now she ist starting to say a lot of other things like Hey, night night, I want, this, I have and other 2 and 3 word combinations. She dances and sings and talks on the phone. She gives kisses and cicks hers tongue and claps. She copies things we do like motions and sounds as well. She is also asking me to get her a potty.

My twins will be a year old on April 19th.  They both clap, wave, dance to music, know where there head, belly, and nose is.  Say mama, dada, dad, baba, baby, duck.  They know certain food items when I say them like cheerios, mum-mums, and yogurt(their 3 favorite snacks).  Both are crawling, pulling themselves up on furniture and cruising.  They will walk behind toys that they can push but they don't walk on their own yet.  My little girl can stand independently pretty well, but she doesn't really like to.  She makes clicking noises, puts her toy phone to her ear and copies all kinds of facial expressions(like scrunching up your face, making a fish face, scowling).  My little guy loves to walk if you hold his hands, but not ready to do it on his own yet. They are all over the place, but such a fun age.  I'm sure they will be walking, then running before I know it, so I'm enjoying this time while I still can.

My daughter will be a year on the 7th and can say mama and dada. She started walking at 10 1/2 months. She can wave for hi and bye. She claps her hands, loves to make people laugh with her fake cough and she dances all the time when music comes on.

my little girl will be one tomorrow and she crawls.. can say mum, dad, bub, nan, nanna, nanny, daddy, yay, yeah.. lol its very funny

She can stand up against the furniture hasnt got the guts to try and walk on her own yet lol but she'll get there.. she claps, waves, dances to the wiggles and hi-5 lol shes loves the james brown song 'i feel good' haha dances all the time..

She has about 10 mobile phones to play with and comes out with a different one each day and holds it to her ear pretending to talk lol

My daughter, Whitney, will be 1 on April 9. She waves, says dada, "sings" the ABC's and Itsy Bitsy Spider, kisses everyone including her doll, starting to walk. Is in to everything.

My son, Kolton, will be 1 on the 25th...he recognizes and points out things when we ask him where they are. He was walking between my husband and I but now he gets up against a piece of furniture then turns and walks to whatever he wants to get to. He says ma ma, da da, no no, waves and says bye bye, says dog...he sometimes acts like he's trying to bark like the dog, points at everything, can tell us he is going to be "1" by sticking up his pointer finger. He loves music and dances at the first sound of a tune...any tune, loves the catchy commercials. He loves to look at his books and to be read to. He has four teeth, top two and bottom two...and is teething the back ones...just need to figure out how to keep him from chewing up EVERYTHING!

My son Gage will be 1 on the 29th. He has been walking since 9 1/2 months. He claps his hands, he waves and says "hi" together. He bobs his head when I tell him to dance. As far as words go he says hi and mama. He hasn't eaten any kind of baby food since he was 8 months. He loves food!

My son took his first independent steps on the day he turned 8 months old so at this point (will turn 1 on April 6), he's into EVERYTHING! He is fast and can climb up onto furniture, tries to open his baby gate (thank heavens that thing is hard for us or he'd be through it), can go up stairs, stepping up a few stairs if he can reach a handle but otherwise crawls up.



He babbles constantly, says "Hi Dada" "mama" and has muttered some other words but I hesitate to say he knows them since it isn't regular. He knows what to look for when we ask him to get his ball, his duck or his bink. We haven't tested out a ton of other direct requests. He feeds himself finger foods but only has 2 teeth, both grew in over the past few weeks. He sings, dances and loves his ride-on toy. He waves bye bye and loves to play games with us (including blowing raspberries on my belly).



They are amazing, I had no idea kids were this interactive at this age. I especially never tought he'd be walking so well, NOTHING stops him anymore, we've moved most of our belongings to very high shelves or into boxes and down into the garage. It's much easier than telling him no all the time.

My son has been walking strongly since 10 months (he never crawled!).  He says Mama, Mom, Dada, Dad, Guhpa, and Guhma, Quack (his favourite), Duck, 'Ack (for Jack, the dog) and Yeah.

He will go and find people "Where's Daddy?  Go get Daddy!", He dances.  He loves the park (slides and swings).  He'll sometimes sing (YAaaaa, YAaaa, Baaaaa).  He is AMAZING at kicking and moving balls with his feet (he can get a ball out of a corner with his feet, and pass the ball from one foot to another while he walks!!).  He also can get up stairs, but not down them.

Overall, he's just really amazing and brilliant!!!! :) :) :)

He'll be one on the first of April.  Which is Wednesday.  Where has the year gone???

my son will be one on April 1st.  He just started to clap, which is so cute.  He gives highfives now, and he puts his hand to his mouth and goes "ba ba ba ba".  He takes about 5 or 6 steps on his own now too.  He will do the sign for finished, and he actually just did the sign for food the other day.  I feel like over the past couple of days alot of things are starting to click haha.  He just kinda babbles, sometimes he makes the noises ma ma and da da.  He also likes to pretend to cough, and he loves it when he yells and you yell back to him.  He also is the world's most amazing dancer!!

My daughter can clap, say bubba, Dadda,trying to say Mama, but it comes out baba. She blinks when you show her, she does SO BIG, dances all the time and is walking really well now! When you ask her if she is ok, she coughs

My daughter is 1 on the 1st she can say Mumma, Dada, Bubba, Nana, No (She will only say no once you have), Yeah, she took her first steps last night, she can clap, blow kisses (my fave milestone :P) she can do the indian call :P, dance and "sing" :P She does most of this on command aswell

Robyn will be 1 on the 27th.

So far, she is crawling around like crazy and climbing up using the furniture, though she seems too scared to make a move to walk. She just falls on her bottom.

She makes sounds like mamamama, dadadadada, but it's not really directed at anyone. If you do something like shake your head or clasp your hands, she copies. She sleeps through and drinks from a breaker :)

My daughter waves, claps, rolls her ball and walks while holding onto our fingers only. She says heaps of words nonstop but without knowing what they mean. She knows things like her ball, spoon and teddy bears.

She only just got her first tooth!!

My daughter has been walking since she was 9 months old. She mimics sounds we make and says "mum mum" but i dont think she knows its my name. She loves feeding herself finger food and has started playing tricks, like bringing her beaker to me so i can give her a drink then running off and giggling. She can also wave, clap and turn the washing machine on :o/

Yes, My daughter has started picking up the house phone and putting it to her ear. She also has a pretend phone that she puts up to her ear then hangs up. This year has flown by. It's really sad. My Birthday is the 13 of April. So I figured that this will be my last bday for awhile since our birthdays are so close. LOL

My daughter turns 1 on April 14th.  She is no longer walking and had taken to running now.  She finally is using some signs, more, all done, and thank you.  She says momma, da, og (dog), she meows when she sees the cat, baba, and thank you.  She waves hi and bye and now plays with the phone, puts it up to her ear and says lo.  Too funny how they pick that stuff up!  Where did this year go!!!!!

My little guy will be 1 on April 16 and he is walking independently, clapping, waving, and into EVERYTHING! He's still not doing any of the signs I've been doing with him, but understands them. He was mama, dada, baba (brothers), rara (Riley), ca or ty for cat or kitty, og for dog, hi, ba (ball), and is saying more and more every day! I can't believe how fast this year has gone! His latest trick is to have phone conversations...he says hi, then babbles! And he's the BEST dancer of my 3..he can really groove!

My son just last weekend finally did a couple of the sign language signs I've been trying to teach him for MONTHS! It made my hubs and me so excited! He did the signs for "more" and "all done" and we think he might be doing "duck" when he plays with his squeaky duck. Very cute. We took sign language class to see if it would help cut down on tantrums before he was able to really speak. We'll see if it works... :)



He's crawling, standing, cruising on furniture, (not taking steps on his own yet), clapping, and copying words or sounds when we say them. I think he says mama and dada, and bye-bye, but all the rest I think is just copies of what we say. He'll be 1 on Apr. 26th.
