Not sleeping!

My daughter is 21 months and she REFUSES to go to sleep at night, let alone consider taking a nap during the day. She stays up for HOURS at night and it seems like she never gets exhausted.....
Ive tried just about everything, i feel like giving up! Lack of sleep, no support from husband, impatient, i dont know what else to do. Her bed time has been 9pm sence she was 1 yr. She sleeps in a big girl bed, has a night light in her room, Ive put toys out for her and put 'scary' toys away. She wakes up at 3-5 am every morning!! help me!

try laying her down a little earlier and establish a bedtime routine. lavender pillow spray on her sheets can't hurt either. also Infant massage is wonderful. Make sure her room is well childproofed get a pair of earplugs and read a good book, take a bubble bath, enjoy a glass of wine or reconnect with the hubby. Good luck!!!
