9 month number of naps?

My son sleeps half an hour in the morning (9.30-10am) and then two hours in the middle of the day (12.30-2.30pm). He sleeps from 7pm to 7am, straight through, no feeding.

yeah, the nap thing seems to be tricky at this age I guess b/c I never know if she'll sleep 30 minutes or 3 hours at her morning nap. Her afternoon naps are later and later before she'll actually sleep and that will be for maybe an hour to 1.5 hours...late, like 3:30! then if she's still asleep at 5pm I wake her b/c her bed time routine starts at 7:15....I keep wondering if she's ready for one nap a day but she can't last longer than 3 hours in the a.m. after waking -- she just started walking so she expends quite a lot of energy. i just go with it right now to see if it's just a hiccup in her schedule due to teething and having learned new mobility!

Lily sleeps 9 to 10 hours at night, and then has a morning and afternoon nap. The morning one can last from 30min to 2 hours depends on what time she woke up that morning and how busy she was. And the afternoon nap is about an hour. The important thing is that they are getting their sleep, so if that is happening you are doing just fine! =)

Gwyneth has two naps with the occasional day when she'll need a quick catnap before her bedtime. She usually sleeps from 8:00 pm - 8:00 am without waking at night and then has a 1 or 1.5 hr nap around 10:00 am and then another one around 2:00 pm. If she takes her afternoon nap earlier, then she usually needs a catnap around 5:00 before bedtime!

My girl was a catnapper early on, then switched to 2 sleeps a day, which have recently become shorter. 50 mins to the occasional 2hr sleep, usually longer in the morning, but pretty much the same as yours! Though she wakes through the night for a feed once or twice most nights (we cosleep).

my son has 1 sleep a day for between 1,5-3hours and he sleeps at night from 9pm to 8-10am

my daughter has 2 sleeps a day for between 30min - 2.5 hours and she sleeps at night from 6pm till 5.30 - 6am

Mine takes 3 naps. One only an hour after he wakes up, he started that himself, wants to go back down. Another right after lunch (12 or so) then another at around 4. Each nap is MAYBE an hour. Usually more like 45 minutes. Sleeps from 7-6.

mufaro takes 2 naps 45mins to 1hr long during the day and the sleeps thru the night unless she is hungry then i have to feed her once or twice

My boy takes one nap of about 2 hours around lunchtime and sleeps about 12 hours a night. And if he doesn't get his full sleep he sometimes takes another snooze but I try not to let him as then he won't settle til really late

My sons sleeps varies sometimes he will sleep all night long for about 9-11 hours and Naps during the day he will take 1 morning nap from either 30 minutes - 2 hours and afternoon naps either 1 hr - 3 1/2 hours..my son doesn't like to really sleep very much during the day..at night he will wake up once for a bottle but he's been doing better with that lately

Eric is almost just like Erin, he takes two 1hr naps and sleeps 11hrs at night but wakes to nurse about 2-3times during the night

Erin takes typically two naps of at least 1 hour each, sometimes the morning nap is 2 hours. She sleeps about 11 hours straight at night also. Sounds like you are doing great!

my little man sleeps either one nap of 1hr30mins or two at 45mins and he sleeps 12-14hours a night and he seems to get enough!
