i've got 5 and a bit weeks left until baby is due and as much as i love having a little life inside me, im soooooooooo sick of being pregnant now! is it too soon to start drinking raspberry leaf tea? my 2 year old daughter cant understand why mummy cant pick her up any more and i really really wanna pick her up and cuddle her tight, its really frustrating. plus my darling hubby (haha) is no longer sympathetic! god i wish men could know how uncomfortable it is! they might me a bit more tollerant of the complaints!

anyway, sorry for my little twine!

anyone else feel the same?

I completely agree with all of you. My 2 year old is sick of mummy saying no to pickups etc so i find i push myself too hard then feel exhausted. The joys of parenthood hehe. My little girl wanted to take the baby out of my tummy yesterday with her doctors kit i dont think she should come to the midwifes anymore :)

Good luck to all of you -we're on the home straight now xxx

I am almost 36 weeks now and totally miserable.  I am so over this pregnancy.  It is so hard to keep up with the other 3.  I also get no sympathy from my family.  They just complain that I never come over and visit anymore.  (As if I want to be social)

Hi, i've got 4 weeks left (due 18th April) and i have been totally over this for months now. I grew so big so fast which means i have hardly no energy! Especially having a 20 month old running around and demanding everything. With my 1st, it was so easy. I exercised alot and did normal things but this time round, i feel like a fat blob and have spent most of my time indoors. I have really bad back aches and alot of heart burn and my feet swell everyday. I'm forever telling my partner that i could go into labour anytime from now and he thinks i am exaggerating! I just can't wait until it's all over!

hey, there sophie, I only have 2 weeks left,  and my doctor seemed to think that I haven't been counting down since day one. He told me a couple weeks ago,"when you get around 38 weeks then we will start the count down" I was very confused as to why would he be thinking that I haven't already started. lol.

I've been ready, it's been worse with these last couple weeks, not sleeping, urinating so many times you think that your bladder has gone missing, and feeling like your pelvis is going to snap in two. lol. I've been ready, ready, ready! and my boyfriend has quit caring almost completely,  to where I don't get my rubbing like I want, because my back is almost completely useless. They don't understand at all, but they will only get it when we're wanting breaks and they can wake up to those late night diaper changings and then we can turn and ignore them when they are complaining about having to wake up / never getting any sleep. haha.

Anyway, I always tell myself I don't have much longer,  and I've made it this far, looking back to when I found out it's been a quick process. but this last bit of counting down I'm doing kind of makes it much harder! lol.

i am due april 14th and am SOOOO ready to be done.
i have picked up a stomach bug from my daughter and am sick of being sick. every time the baby moves, or i have a contraction it just intensifies the nausea and discomfort.
my daughter (2 3/4 yr old) was born with spina bifida and can not walk on her own (short distances with a walker) so i am CONSTANTLY carrying her or her stuff or her AND her stuff. add to that the fact that she does not nap, so I can't nap...and you have total exhaustion.
my husband is being a jerk too....he has no sympathy at all. he just whines about how busy he is at work and how tired and...like he knows what tired feels like.

I am 37w4d today due Apr 4 and am exhausted. I am trying to enjoy the last few days because I was on bedrest for preterm labor since 22w5d. I am so happy that the baby has stayed put and am starting to wonder if s/he will need to be evicted~lol

Good luck to you all. I hope you all post birth stories!!! :)

I have 4 1/2 weeks left & I have been ready for this pregnancy to be over for the last 6 months!!!  I have had a horrible pregnancy compared to my first.  With my now 2yr old, I loved every minute of it.  With this one, I ballooned VERY early& bled through my entire first trimester.  I was also in a horrible car accident, where I spun around on the highway & if I was not wearing my seatbelt, I swear I would have been killed.  I was diagnosed with gallstones & have had the flu for almost 4 weeks.  My DH has tried to be sympathetic, but I guess he can only understand so much.  I CANNOT WAIT FOR APRIL 19TH!!!

When are you due?? I have 5 weeks and a few days left too that's why I'm wondering. I feel the same way. My 4 yo boy wants me to do ring around the rosey with him and I just can't do the whole fall down part without having help getting back up. My husband is gone on a business trip for a week and a half which makes it a little harder. I'm also suppose to be sitting with my feet up most of the time but that doesn't happen either. I figure I'm due on the 24th, but my c-section is set for the 20th, I figure I can have the baby anytime starting April 1st. :) PLEASE soon. Good luck to you all. It's almost over.

I've got 3 weeks left with 3 very active toddler boys who want my constant attention. My oldest turns 3 this week. I have found that I am spending a lot more time on the ground with them and creating games that I can play with them from the ground or a chair. We're also reading a lot of books. Thankfully they're really excited for their new sibling to arrive, so they have learned to be "nice to the baby in mama's belly", but that doesn't make it any more frustrating when I want to run and play with them in the backyard and I can't even push them in the swings without getting cramps and contractions!
Some days I am so ready to have my body back - but other days I feel like this baby could just hang out a bit longer because life will be even crazier when it comes!

I have 2 weeks left... and I've been ready for this pregnancy to be over for a couple of weeks now!!!! I'm absolutely MISERABLE!!! and I'm in the same situation... I have a 3 year old son who always wants to play crazy games (like cops and robbers, etc...) and I just CAN'T do it! It breaks my heart to have to say no so much! I've started doing all the old wives tales junk that I've read about... and NOTHING! :( I've been 3 cm for 3 weeks now and it's just miserable!! So I'm in the SAME boat as you!
