Hi. My son, 13 months old. Eats only jarred baby food . Now I would like to give him the same food we eat, but he refuses everything I cook for him. Have you had the same problem?

Can anyone help? Thx.

OH wow! My daughter has been eating the same food as us since she was 9 months old. She hated to be fed, and only wanted to feed herself. Has your baby been feeding himself any snacks? I would start with crackers and steamed veggies, and pasta. It is best to get him used to a variety of foods EARLY, because they will train you too feed them ONLY what they want. I don't know about you but I don't want a picky eater! My daughter, turned 1 on the 20th, will eat anything that I put in front of her.
