Feeling Baby Move?

[deleted account] ( 11 moms have responded )

I'm wondering how many mommies have felt their baby move yet and what are the movements feeling like right now?

This is my third baby so I've felt fluttering for about 3-4 weeks for sure, but now they are beginning to be more defined and feeling more like kicks, etc. I'm also feeling the baby shift more, where it feels like they are rolling up into a ball or against the uterus. Even after two other pregnancies, the sensations of baby moving still fascinate me and make me feel in love with the baby!

i am a little over 19 weeks - due April 5 and have been feeling the baby move since 16 weeks or so... i never thought it felt like fluttering, i would describe it more like tapping. since feeling better - that's really the only way I feel like I am pregnant... other than well - just getting fatter (no real preggo belly yet - just a rounding really) nothing else like it really - not the feeling fat part of course - the baby movements... Yay!

I've felt my baby move for about 2-3 weeks as well now! With my first baby :) And now I am also feeling kicks.. and the occasional jab in the wrong spot.. hehe. I can't belive how much more real it makes the whole pregnancy seem! I mean whenever it moves its just the weirdest feeling to my heart. I'm deffanitly extremely excited to meet my baby for the first time now! :) I can't wait! :):)

I am due on April 7th and I for sure felt the baby moving for the first time yesterday. and I have felt the baby all day today too. The best way I can describe it is bubbles popping on your skin. Once you really feel the baby you know immediately what you are feeling, it is different than anything you have felt from your body before

I'm due April 16th. This is my first baby and athough I feel a lot of strange pains here and there I haven't experienced the fluttering feeling people talk about. But like Amy I don't know what to look for. I bet it must be amazing. I can't wait!

I'm due on the 21st of April with my second child. I think I am feeling the baby move, but I'm not completely sure. My son is 5 years old so it's been a while since I've been pregnant.

I am due on April 30th and can feel the baby moving, with my first baby I did not notice this until much further along.

It does take longer with your first baby, but once you figure out what you are feeling is actually baby and not gas you'll be on cloud 9!! I feel the baby almost daily, but they aren't strong yet so if I have a really active day and I'm pay attention to other things then I don't notice the baby moving at all.

I'm due in late April with my first baby and haven't felt anything yet. I probably don't know what to look for, since this is my first pregnancy. Wow, you've been feeling yours move for about a month now? How exciting! I'm sure that actually feeling it move makes it seem even more real. Best wishes!
