my 10month old has three teeth now and has started grinding continuously..i'm a bit worried he'll damage them or is this normal??

it is normal. our little guy does this sometimes too and it drives me nuts! It is just a new sensation for them with those teeth in there. What I will normally do when he starts grinding is give him something to chew on like a teether or his paci. I wouldn't worry about him damaging his teeth.
