My little girl is just about to turn 10 months and she also has no teeth yet. Her gums are very lumpy but I think it's just so hard to tell when they're teething and when they're not, I've thought she was a few times over the last 5 or 6 months but she can't have been. Hoping our babies get that cute first tooth soon :)

I was worried about my son not having any teeth yet, but he's only 9 months. But every baby is different some get teeth early and some later.

My little boy and my older girl both teethed from very early on, my son seemed like he started at about 8 weeks. My son is now 9 months and still has no teeth, and my daughter (who's now almost 3 years) didn't have a single tooth until she was 10 months. Don't stress, they'll come =)

thanks for all your help i do worry too much but we all do. i had a nightmare that she never had teeth it was awful since then i have been crazy about it. i try massaging her gums which she enjoys. i guess the main reason why im worried is because she had been teething since 4 months and i was expecting them but nothing lol o and dont get me started on her hair. everyday i say savannah grow some hair lol she finds it very amussing. once again thanks :)

Really its not an issue at all. I didnt teeth until 11 months and got 8 right before my first birthday. My sister didnt teeth until she was 14 months. Her son didnt teeth until right around his first birthday. My son got his first 7 in starting at 6 months over a 3 week time period.
Working for multiple dentists including a pediatric specialist there's nothign to be conerned about. at that age its impossible for them to hold still to take an xray but those teeth are developing, just remember in babies its not just their teeth developing its their jaw and palate structure too.
There are some children who dont get teeth until they are 2 then have a full mouth in about 2 months.
