Be patient. My 3rd child is now 8 months and 3 weeks old, yet no sign of a teeth and I'm relaxed about is. Do you know that according to doctors, it's best for babies to have teeth later. the later, the better.......relax and a golden rule from a mom with a few kids,.....never compare your special one with friends'. Njoy every dag with him, they grow up too big, too fast.

Yes he is perfectly fine.My baby girl has her first 2 teeth at 8 month too and my sister in low baby girl (4 months older then mine) has lot`s of teethes.I was worry too,but i ask and read about it and all was fine.Plus they say if the teeth come first the baby will start talking later and if the baby is talking first the teeth come later and they are stronger.I believe is right from my experience in my family with kids.

My son is 8 months old & he only has his 2 bottom teeth. All babies are different when it comes to growing & learning. Don't worry, they will come through when they are ready...

hi i have 4 children my youngest is nearly 9 months and hehas 7 teeth where as my friends son is 4 days younger and has none. i really wouldnt worry about it as my eldest child did not get her first tooth till she was 13 months old but the child and youth health nurse told me that the longer the teeth take to come through the stronger they are. hope this helps calm your nerves.

My daughter is 8.5 months and still has no teeth our 4yr old didn't get his first tooth till he was 9.5 months. There are babies in our mothers group that have mouths full of teeth and started getting them at 2 months. all kids are different. they do say the older your baby is when they get their teeth the longer they will last/

Don't worry! They will eventually come out soon. My 9 month old daugther has 8 teeth - probably 12 by now. Her teeth started coming out when she was 4-5 months old.

Some babies teeth come out earlier then expected and some come out later.

My daughter got her first tooth at 10 months. Dylan got his first tooth last week (9 months) and now has 2 teeth; his twin brother Matthew still has no teeth. Each child is different. Speaking with our families we found out that both my husband and I got our first teeth between 9 & 10 months and our children are the same, it seems to run in the family.

My daughter as well, I consulted a Peadiatrician and he said that babies differ. One can push out teeth faster than the other while one baby learns to walk earlier than the next one. They are all unique and where one baby is slow in one thing, he excells in another.

My daughter is also 8 months old and only has two teeth. There's no problem with it at all and they will come when they are ready. Enjoy that toothless grin while it lasts!

Just wanted to say that my daughter will be 9 months in 2 days and she has ZERO teeth. And I'm not worried at all. As a baby, I didn't get my first tooth until I was a 18 months old.

I was worried because my daughter, a little over 8 months, doesn't have any teeth yet either but i talked to her doctor and did some research and found out that the longer it takes, (barring any problems) for the teeth to come in the healthier they usually are, because if they come in after a year old their less likely to be exposed to a lot of bottle time, so theres less sugars setting on their new little teeth. and i was told usually better developed and stronger. so glad the doc told me that because i was really startin to worry!

My first son did not get his first tooth till he was a year old and my baby is now 8 months old and has none. I don't know if there is any thing you can do to make them come in faster, I think it just takes time they all grow mature and cange at their own rates.

I had one son who got his first teeth at 4 months - and had all his baby teeth by 11 months. My youngest is almost 9 months and still no teeth. There is no "normal" when it comes to teething!

My baby is from April 17 and when he turned 8 months he got his first tooth, now he has 2, but he has some friends that are 1 or 2 weeks difference that already have 5 and some others doesnt have any, so, this is not something I worry about. He is perfectly healthy and the teeth will come on the right time.

My daughter just turned 9 mths and has no teeth...and no signs of them coming any time soon. My oldest son got his first at 9 mths and onlt had 3 teeth up until he was 15mths then they all started coming through a bit quicker, but still at 2 years he only had 8 teeth....my middles son was much the same. But then again they ended up being late losing their teeth aswell, most of their friends were losing their first teeth in preschool whereas my boys lost theirs in year 2 when they were 7 years old....each child is different. they will come in good time honey.

My son is born April 6 and still no teeth (or signs of any). My daughter who is now 3 got her first tooth 8 days after her first birthday and today she has a beautiful healthy set of teeth (even says the dentist =). So I would not worry at all or try to make them come out, I think their body does that on its own. Kids teeth are just like them, one of a kind!!

Dont feel bad my son does not have any teeth yet. I think toothless grins are cute! It is usually hereditary for how fast teeth come in and correspondently fall out as well.
