So I started working out awhile ago, And it used to work fine. My daughter would take her afternoon nap which is her longest, So I would do my workout when she layed down. But now shes not napping as much, And her naps keep getting shorter and shorter. So I dont have anytime. My question is does anyone have any suggestions on how to find time to be able to workout? Im sure other moms do it, But I def. need some advice.
