zach still wont sleep thru the night i need help

ive learned with my daughter, she sort of woke up less and less during the night on her own...then when it got down to one time i just let her cry that one out and it was not long at all until she just stayed asleep all night! it might have helped also, that i started breastfeeding her a lot less around that time and so she wasnt able to get much milk during the night anyway. i hope this helped....i would say, try to follow your babies signs of hunger at night and stuff but if he's not working on less and less naps, help him out by letting him cry one of those times out. O! one big thing that helped with the crying it out stage is that for a few days before the night time crying it out, i let her cry out all her naps so that once it came time for her to sleep through the night, and she didnt see me come in to get her, she kind of knew what to expect.....and then we didnt have to be up all night listening to her (at least, not as long)
