What sorts of things do you notice that your baby is starting to do?

my daughter will not crawl either. she can stand up on her own and walk. says all kinds of things like "open" from her toy and "up" along with dada and mama ect. the normal stuff...but when she is on her belly she will lay there and laugh at me as if to say" what the heck do you want me to do here" haha she just doesn't get it. oh well i guess. all babies are different, and i guess alot don't crawl at all. they just skip it

Conner is walking everywhere and finally mastered getting up to stand on his own without holding on to anything. He speed walks and I predict he will be running by the end of February! He's starting to tip toe and lift his leg up on the bottom of shelves and the infant gate to try and climb. We are still working on clapping. For some reason he prefers banging his hands on tables, walls and his toys.

Avery crawls really fast now and tries to get up and walk holding the table or ANYTHING every chance she gets. She says "umma" and "appa" (mommy and daddy in Korean).. She only says umma when she's in distress, hungry or wants to be picked up.. Funny how babies want mommies when they need soemthing! When I say "bounce bounce", she bounces her hands on the floor, waves bye bye and she gives open-mouth kisses. She also feeds herself finger foods for every meal.. She has 2 little teeth at the bottom.. She does somehting new everyday!

Isla babbles and says da..da..My mom swears she says kitty cat. She doesn't crawl, but she loves to stand holding things. She laughs when we stand her up and put her hands on a chair or hassock. Dancing is a fav activity.

Alex is crawling all over the place, starting to stand without holding onto anything and pulling his toys up with him. He is cruising around the furniture. Loves walking while holding your hands. Starting to mimick things we and his toys say. He's started pat-a-cake and touching "his"(your) nose and mouth when asked. He loves Cheerios. We had to put the box away because if he even sees the box, he wants Cheerios rather than his baby food!

He has decided that he no longer wants me to feed him so now he get "just his size" meals and he eats about 6 times a day. Also he has found a appreciation for our remote controls. Also he has figures out that he can climb over the childs gate!! And we are trying to teach him patty cake but he pretty much does not seem to intrested in doing it!

Angus learnt to crawl this month and has got faster every day! He can go up and down our step and pull to stand and move around furniture. This makes going to sleep trickier now!

He laughs and smiles and makes sounds all the time. Mimics "ah ah" when I'm telling him off for touching things he's not supposed to :) "sings" along to CDs and radio, says: mama, dada, nana, "ook" for book, dog, yesssss.

He can clap hands and do high five as well as give beautiful cuddles and slobbery kisses on the cheek (I wish he wouldn't pull my hair at the same time tho!).

He also loves to play peekaboo and finds it hilarious when I jump out from doorways to surprise him. He tried to sneak up on me the other day, too!

She is sitting up, clapping on her own accord and also when we say "Can you calp erin?" same with waving, she is crawling, pointing at things to which we say the name of which she is pointing at, she will point at things she recognises when we ask where they are, for example "Erin where are the flowers?" also when we read to her we ask her where something is and she will usually point to them. She is also standing up with aid of the cot :) She dances by rocking from side to side, and says dada, baba, boob and sometimes mama with enough frustrating effort hehe :)

My son Aidan, is walking along furniture and with his push toys and thinks it is so funny. At the moment he loves to pull a funny face where he scrunched his nose up and shows off all his gums it is really cute. He also loves to dance to music and loves looking through his books and having story time.

Nathan is crawling all over the place. Pulling himself up and walking around funiture. Throwing a ball, understanding how to hold drum sticks and actually hit the drums (dad loves that he can do this), plays hide and seek (well, the seek part, lol), feeds himself finger foods, holds his bottle and sippy cup, says dad, baba, and hi, waves, I sing a song that has hand movements like opening and shutting his hands, placing them on his lap and he can do it with me, and he also mimicks when I say things in a high pitch voice, like YAY.. It is really funny because he sounds just like me..

Jordan just started clapping his hands a couple days ago. He can also crawl, walk around furniture and while holding his hands, mimicking (attempting to anyway) people, sighs really loudly when he's 'done' haha, he says DaDa, Ma, BoBa, Doo (for dog), he also bounces up and down when he hears music. I love this age!!
