My daughter didn't get her first tooth until she was 11months and once the tooth cut through the skin, it took 2 weeks to fully poke through.

dont worry about it. my daughter is 11 months and she just got her first tooth a few days ago. every baby develops at their own pace. if your ds's doc isnt worried then neither should you.

My son had his first two when he was 3 months! Now he's almost 1 and has 11!! It seems crazy to me, but he sure has been a trooper through all the teething:)

My youngest is going to be one next week and she is cutting her 8th tooth (it's a moler). She got her first tooth at about 7 months. Each baby is different. I wouldn't sweat it.

My first 2 were around 4 mos old but my 3rd child was 6 mos. She is actually just cutting her front teeth now (which come in second) at 9 mos. All children are different, If your really worried maybe take him to your doctor, but i'm sure he'll get his first tooth soon, good luck :)

Mine son has no teeth too and he'll be one soon. It was same with my first son too. He didnt have teeth until the first year and soon after that he start getting them all.. so nothing to worry about girls. My doctor said the same too..

Oh, and if you're breastfeeding no teeth is a definite bonus!!! :) There is nothing cuter than a gummy baby smile either. My dd has got the 2 bottom front and 1 top front tooth so when she smiles her wonky smile she looks like the creature of the 'Milton the monster show'. Lol

My son did not get his first tooth until he was almost 11 months old. Now he is almost a year and is having his 4th tooth break through. Don't be worried they will come in their own time.

My daughter was 3 1/2 months, but that's really early. Average age according to her pediatrician is 7 months. I know someone whose grandson didn't get his first tooth until he was 18 months.
