I've had them a lot this pregnancy. As long as your blood pressure is good, and the swelling goes down when you wake up in the morning, everything is OK. Just one more of those oh so fun pregnancy symptoms. However, if it doesn't go away after a good night sleep, or you have high blood pressure, contact your doc ASAP.

My feet and ankles were awfully swollen! They actually induced me early because I was starting to swell so bad. Started around 35 weeks, wasn't too bad, but by the end, was awful. Actually hurt to walk! Dr. told me to keep my feet up, and I used to use ice packs on them and that would ease the swelling. Good luck!

One week after delivery here. I'm pretty sure my feet are back to their normal size now. I had problems before birth that got worse when the spring weather warmed up (good thing we weren't due in the summer) and they swelled up after due to the IV fluids.
It will eventually go away. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids to try to flush your system and to keep your feet elevated as high up as you can.

At the end of my pregnancy my left foot and ankle was swollen and fit my shoes tight but the right one was normal. Then my feet were really swollen just after delivery... but everything is pretty much back to normal now just over two weeks later
