Advice for Moms Who've Just Learned Their Kids Have Food Allergies
If you are new to the food allergy world, my best advice is to stop and take a deep breath and realize that life doesn’t end just because you have food allergies. I know at first it may seem overwhelming, but this doesn’t have to define your child or your family. It is completely possible to live a happy, healthy life and still enjoy lots of delicious foods.
