The Best Part of Living in the San Francisco Bay Area
There are a lot of amazing things about San Francisco, but for me, one of the best things is the availability of amazing food. San Francisco is home to some of the best restaurants in the country, as well as year-round farmer's markets. I love that I can go to a farmer's market anytime of the year and buy locally grown, fresh organic produce, meats, grains, really almost anything. This inspired me to make all of my son's food, and share my experience with other moms.
My Favorite Kid-friendly Activity in the Bay Area
My little one is still less than a year, so we haven't really explored all the kid-friendly activities, but we've really been enjoying all the beautiful parks San Francisco has to offer. Some of our favorites are family walks in Crissy Field, enjoying the view of the city while having a picnic at Alta Plaza Park, and hiking through the Presidio.
Some Say it's Hard to Raise a Kid in the Bay Area...
Since I've only been raising a child for less than a year I don't know that my answer would have much weight to it, but I'd have to say so far it's been great.
