On average, how much do you save each month by using coupons?

Each month I save at least $300. We have learned to like to eat what is on sale and to buy the items we use the most in bulk so that we won't have to buy it when it's not on sale.

What type of products can you almost always find coupons for?

You can almost always find coupons for toilet paper, paper towels, cereal, vitamins, pasta. But just because there is a coupon out there doesn't mean that it is the time to buy. Watching the price is important. Just cause it is on sale and you have a coupon, doesn't mean it is time to buy. Wait for the lowest price before buying.

Which chain store have you found offers the best coupon deals?

Fry's Food is by far the best store in my area to shop at. They double coupons to $1 and their prices are usually pretty good. They send out mailers with coupons for store brand items and other items that you don't regularly get coupons for so that really helps save sometimes.

What's the most you've ever saved on a shopping trip by using coupons?

I always say I'm a regular couponer. Not extreme. The most I have ever saved in one trip is $100. I don't have a lot of storage space so I only buy what we can store and since we are a small family, we don't need as much food on hand as some larger families do.
