Why did you decide to homeschool your children? To be honest, it just happened. I have always provided purposeful play opportunities to my children from the age of six months. As my children grew and developed so did the "lessons." Before I knew it we were learning colors, shapes, numbers, letters. I found great enjoyment and fulfillment in helping my children increase their knowledge and understanding of the world. So here I am today still homeschooling and still loving it! It's the best job I have ever stumbled into — a very happy accident and a wonderful extension to my previous teaching experience. What are your three favorite posts?
