What inspired you to start a mom-shop? I opened my shop back in 2003 after I attended a jewelry party and thought I can do this. I had my first experience with selling jewelry in high school (circa 1995) to make money for Spring Break, so in 2003 I had my first jewelry open house selling beaded jewelry. In 2007, I started making stamped, personalized items and that really helped get my name out and build the business. From the start I wanted to have the business and do it full time, using my creative gift to bless others. The business continues to grow every year and I hope to make that leap in the future. What inspired you to start a mom-shop? I started my mom-shop because up until last year, I worked for the federal government and then the best thing happened: My husband got the opportunity to transfer with his company, allowing me to quit (yay), and moving close to the beach (double yay)!
