I was sucking on the Gas when the doctor put the Epidural in. So, the only thing you could say I felt, was when the liquid was pushed into my body. That part stung but everything else was ACE. My Mum got to cut Hope's cord and was the first person (apart from the doctor's and nurse's delivering her) to hold her. I swear I sawa tear in my mum's eyes but she reckons I was seeing things...

  • Anonymous says:
Easier Than I Thought! Induced, 5 Hours Of Labour, 4 Pushes And Kaleigha Was Out. (:

  • Christy says:
Hmmm - mostly, I slept through it because I had reactions to medications. I was in pain for only about 5 hours of my entire labor -- and that was only the first part of active labor. Contractions every 2-3 minutes, registering at between 65 and 95 on the little graph.... Then I passed out after the placenta was delivered because I was losing too much blood (bp was 50/34) and started having complications then, so it wasn't so much the labor that was bad but the postpartum. LOL
