    1. Don't feel bad if you hate every second of it. Some women love pregnancy--those are the ones who don't have the pizza face acne, morning sickness, SPD, edema, roids, constipation, heartburn... 2. If you have morning sickness, eat whatever sounds good. Lean meats and veggies are useless if you can't keep them down. Take your prenatal every day and if you want nothing but a sundae for dinner, have the sundae. Eventually you'll feel better and be able to eat all those healthy things, but until then you just have to eat.

Also, don't look up negative things on the internet. And certainly DON'T listen to other people's horror stories on pregnancy and birth. (JERKS!)

  • Emily says:
Don't worry *to much* about your weight. Don't go overboard with th sweets, but if you want to eat cookies for dinner one night, do it. It you want some Doritos, eat them. If you're sick in thefirst trimester, try and find *something* that you can keep down, and eat that. Whenever you are feeling sick, eat that. And don't fight throwig up. If you have to do it, do it. You will feel better. It is hard, but try not to worry to much. Chances are that everything is fine. But if you do suspect a problem, voice it to your doctor. They will know best how to treat te situation Enjoy it! Even though you may feel miserable, before long it will be over. You may of may not miss it, but just incase you do, try and njoy every moment of it.

dont be scared. theres no point, it wont get you anywhere. keep your mind on the end game and as soon as you find out your expecting, stop thinking of your baby in the abstract. accept them as lil people. luckily both my dr.s believed that and asked about the baby not the fetus. I felt a lot more understood and cared for because of how they thought of my baby. I was already a mommy, not an incubator and that positiveity that all is going as planned was very important to my husband and i since we were so worried about things.
