    the best advice i ever had was from my mate antonia telling me just to listen to the midwife at hospital and when she says stop pushing to stop pushing , she told me it wasnt as bad as it sounds and it really helped really calmed my nerves

    Sipping coca cola to coat your stomach for morning sickness. Didn't help with the first pregnancy but did with the 2nd. Sleep when you are tired and get plent of rest could witht he 1st pregnancy couldn't with 2nd had 2 yr olds.
