I am reading a book called 'Buddhism for mothers' by Sarah Napthali, it explores the potential to be with your children in the present moment and how to gain the most joy out of being with them... and its funny how attachment parenting ties in with this

(not that im saying everyone should be buddhist, but there are similarities in the theories that have helped me alot with my AP)

Has anyone read any amazing books that you think other mothers could benefit from?

I figured in out... The "reprint" in 2008 was called "... of young children"... It must be (almost) identical..... Thanks for the recommendation - it sounds inspirational.

Lucienne, great recommendation! Did you get the one for moms of young children or just the Buddhism for mothers one...?
