How did you make the decision to breast or bottle feed?

I didn't have a choice. I had to stop breastfeeding because of meds I was on. I got really depressed and felt hopeless. I wanted my daughter to have MY milk, not some nasty formula!



So what about you?

This is an older post (ok a week) but I see no one has responded yet...



How are you feeling now? While I am a huge supporter of breastfeeding I also do not judge another mom because she does not. I can imagine the emotional struggle you had esp because you wanted to bf your little girl...



For me, it was never a "decision"...I just did it. Never really thought about it either way...with my first it came very naturally. She caught on immediately. My second, she was tiny...and although had no problems latching, she was a "long" nurser and I had to coax her awake to nurse...she feel asleep EVERY time she was latched on. After a few weeks, she became very efficient though... :)



Still breastfeeding my baby...he is 9 1/2 months old.
