Are you nursing? I lost a lot of weight after I stopped nursing. (But having the stomach flu over Thanksgiving didn't hurt the cause either!) You might want to talk to a doctor if you are really struggling . . . maybe your thyroid is off kilter.

I too gained some 100lbs and my little one is 15 mths now. I have only dropped about 40lbs since her birth and 20lbs of those were the day of her birth (LOL!)! Just keep up with it... exercise, good diet, etc. If you need a bit of a kickstart, I heard the Isagenix program is great, although it's simply based on high protein shakes (weigh protein) and one complementary meal a day. Unfortunately, with our mommy schedules, it gets hard to hit the gym everyday, so see if there's something (e.g., yoga, martial arts, etc.) that you could fit into your lunchtime, if you're back at work. I realize that I'll most likely never get my pre-baby body back, but it's worth a try, one day at a time! Good luck!!
