My Daughter is 4y.o going to be 5 in August and she sucks on her tongue!?

My daughter is 4y.o going on 5 in August and she sucks on her tongue to go to sleep at night sortof like a binky but funny thing is she never used a bink or sucked on her thumb. So I guess my question is how do I get her to stop, I've talked to her about it but all that happened from that is she started playing with her or her brothers ear. Someone please HELP!!!??? I don't know what to do, she is getting way to old for this.

My son just turned 6 and he has done this since day one. You shouldn't put to much into your daughter sucking on her tongue to go to sleep. This will not do anything to her teeth apposed to thumb sucking which causes an over bite. She will grow out of it, and as long as it comfortes her, just let her be.
