Please if any one has any info on day to day copeing with this. for example buggy, clothes, eatting at the table, car seat etc.

My mother is an early intervention special ed teacher... she might be able to give you some feedback... We also are involved in a charity called "the mattie dudgeon fund" which helps out families in need with children with severe or life threatening conditions. I hope this helps out a little... www.themattyfund.org - my cousin and his wife lost their child, matthew - and started this foundation to help other famililes in need... Gina and Jimmy are their names... they do a TREMENDOUS amount of good for families. Please reach out to them... I hope this helps!
