my 2 year old will not use beaker,she only likes teats,goin cold turkey she's very stubbon!. will goin cold turkey b good 4 her? as im worried about her not drinkin if i do it .any tips or ideas? used all sorts of beakers but she will not use any of them n cups HELPPPP

If you are talking about cold turkey from I bottle I HAD too. It was my sons comfort for getting to sleep and he was getting too old...It was rough the first couple nights but after awhile he got used to it

i was told to not put anything in the bottle other than formula that way the baby learns that the good stuff comes from cups not bottles and that helped alot, my daughter was bottle broke by 13 months and we stopped formula at 12 months. we have had a problem finding sippy cups that she likes but quickly learned she loves to drink from straws. of course we dont let her wander with a cup and straw but she does great with help or at meals.

What is a beaker? Is it a sippy cup?
My dd ( she'll be 2 next month) will not take milk out of a sippy cup just her bottle, but she will drink juice and water from her cups. I'm getting ready to cut her off cold turkey from her bottles. I have a friend who recently did the same thing. Said her dd went 2 -3 days with no milk and the she started drinking milk from a sippy cup.
