O - yes! Actually my husband and daughter (19 mo) were watching Elmo's world and by accident he said Abby she stopped him, placed her hand on his lap and corrected him with "NO, ELMO"

Yep... she knew who Elmo was before she had a single Elmo toy, or had ever watched Elmo on TV. Must be hard-wired into their DNA these days... sheesh! Hubby got her a Elmo Chatters toy for Christmas, and she was so excited, she was shaking. We didn't even know she knew who he was! Still can't figure out where she found out about him!

Jill loves Elmo! "Mo Mo..Mo Mo". We have an elmo camera & book and I'm sure there's much more to come. She likes Sesame Street but Yo Gabba Gabba is her favorite hands down. I'm surprised other Moms on here are talking about taking their kids to Sesame Street Live so young. Isn't it hard for them to sit still so long? I can't imagine Jill sitting still for more than a couple minutes. However having a relative dress up in an Elmo costume, I'll have to remember that one for her 2nd b-day, awesome idea!

My daughter absolutely loves elmo...everytime that she sees elmo on tv or in the store she freaks out...We want to take her to see the Sesame Street Live because she would just love it...She really wants the Elmo live but right now we just can't afford it for her...but everytime that we go to the store we go through the aisle that has elmo in it and she plays with them

MY SON WAS SCARED TO DEATH OF TICKLE ME ELMO..WE HAD TO GIVE IT AWAY..IF HE SAW IT, HE WOULD RUN TO ME OR HIS DADDY AND CLING TO US AND CRY...IF ELMO ACTUALLY MADE NOISE, IT WAS WORSE...WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHY HE DID THAT...MY SON IS A "MICKEY MOUSE" FAN...

Absolutely. We Got Jaz an Elmo Live for her 1st birthday but she was a bit rough with it and we were worried she would break the mechanics in it so we put him away. We got her a big stuffed talking Elmo which is as big as she is for Christmas. She loves him and drags him around everywhere and goes straight for him when Sesame Street is on. We recently gave her her Elmo Live again since she is a bit older and she loves it. Seeing her smile and squeal in delight is just priceless.But just quietly I think I am the bigger Elmo fan.
