I gave birth on 7th August and Still I feel like my tummies Still Really saggy and I have stretch marks. I only had a 6lb 7oz little girl too! How have you found it? Lost those stretch marks? Or do you feel like low? Anyone found any exercises helped? Or anyone used surgery to find a way to get that flat tummy back?

I myself had a 28 wk preemie and only gained 6lbs and after delivery ended up losing 20lbs more than I started with.  I guess lucky for me, but I sure would have put on 100lbs if it would have given me a full term pregnancy and less all the pain of watching my lil guy go through everything that he did.  He is doing very well now, thanks to the good Lord above.  I wish all you gals the best of luck in getting back to the bods you had before....I am sure all of you are beautiful ladies.

I am in the same boat as well.  I gained 50 pounds with my daughter.  As of 2 weeks ago I didn't loose a single pound.  My eating isn't that bad that I shouldn't have lost anything.  I blame it on a prescription I'm taking to keep my milk supply up.  It is so frustrating, to still have this belly and no baby inside.  I could go on and on about this subject, but I won't bore you with my woes.  Good luck to everyone that has to work to get the baby weight off.  Some of us aren't lucky enough to have it fall off.

I found out I was pregnant at about 9 weeks (super surprise pregnancy, been trying for 5 years unsuccessfully and then gave up) and was 159lbs. At delivery I was 185, so I gained 26lbs. Right now, I weigh 161. I am not eating as well as I should be (I am breastfeeding and seem to be always hungry), but I want to lose 26 more lbs. I just have to fight the urge to eat! My husband tells me that it took time to gain it and I had to get used to eating while pregnant, so I am going to have to get used to eating for one again!

I had a c section on the 24th. I have so many stretch marks it kills me to look at myself. My daughter was 8 pounds 15 ounces. I gained 45pounds and lost 26pounds the first week. Got the depo shot and gained it all back. I get discouraged but I try to work out a little each day. I have seen other mothers get their bodies back but I am still struggling. But Look at it this way, we carried a beautiful baby in our tummies and I would do it all over again.

I had my son via c-section on Aug 10th and even though he was 5 weeks early, I had put on 40 lbs. I couldn't do much the first week or so, but after the 10th day, I started going on 1/2 mile walks with my son every day. I also switched my diet to high protein/low carbs. Lots of chicken breasts and salmon with salads. Whole grains only. I cut out my sugar intake too (I used to have a Coke or 2 a day). I also haven't had any fast food of any kind in 8 months. I was back in my old clothes by 6 weeks, and back to my old weight at 8 weeks. I have started to re-introduce some of the junk food I love, but in smaller portions. I allow myself 1 can of Coke a day, 1 bag of Lays chips per 2 weeks (I've switched to Multigrain Toistoes for snack cravings, and red meat once a week (usually in spaghetti with whole grain pasta. I hated the change in diet at first, but stuck with it and the pounds melted off. Now I stay with it because I want my son to eat healthier than my husband and I used to.

As for stretch marks, they showed the week my son was born and have faded a little, but not much. They are mostly on my butt. I just keep using coco butter on them daily.

they always say that it took 9 months to put the weight on it takes 9 months to take it off. im kinda off the curve because i had severe hyperemsis LOL it was incredibly horrible for my entire pregnancy but the silver lining i weigh less now than i did before i got preggo haha i can laugh about it now* i never got any stretch marks...just on my boobs cuz they were SUPER small but now i love them cuz they are big thanks to breastfeeding ;-) i personally love to eat, so now i just really concetrate on eating 3 meals and try not to snack. and if it's 3pm and im hungry i'll just eat dinner early. im always active too cuz i mean im the primary lifter of the lil man LOL cuz my hubbys at work all day, so im always busy w/him. i just think a lot of it hasta do w/how much weight u put on in the first place as to how fast u can lose it. do u like working out/athletic? cuz if u like what ur doing ur definitly more apt to stick w/it :)

I JUST got a new gym membership and went for the first time yesterday. I still probably have 20-30 pregnancy pounds, but I have been too busy to worry about it. Now that my daughter is more independent by the day, I figured it was a good time to take time for myself. I have stretch marks too, and I don't know what to do about them. They're still pretty red too. I'm hoping they get alot less noticible by summer, not that I plan on getting back in a bikini- but maybe a tank-ini. I've decided that I am going to get myself in the best shape possible, and deal with the stretch marks and the soft belly, if it won't go away, without getting too upset by it. Luckily, my bf is supportive, and doesn't care about it all, so as long as I'm comfortable with myself, that's all that matters. Anyway, you're not alone, it takes a while to get back to feeling like yourself again :) Good luck!
