I like to now your rotines you have for you 7 month old babys

Hi, here's Dylan's routine:

8.00am wake up and breakfast

10.00 - 10.30 nap for an hour

12.15 - lunch

2.00 - bottle of milk and nap for an hour

4.15 - Tea time

6.00 - Bath time

7.00 - Bottle and bed



I used the leave and cry technique when Dylan was only 3 months old and i only had to do it for 24 hrs. I knew it worked as i did it with my daughter, they go straight to sleep. Sometimes Dylan will stir when my husband goes to work but i just give him some water and he goes back to sleep. x

My son's schedule was mostly his own making, but some stuff we forced him into, going to sleep by about 10, not getting up a lot throughout the night and such...but for eating and how much he eats, he decided that..and it fluctuates, that's generally how it goes

My son made his own schedule and it is almost exactly like the post from Whitney.  My son usually isn't full after stage 2 fruit/veggies with oatmeal, so some times we need to add a little more oatmeal or another bottle here and there.

I have to add that we did not put her on the schedule I mentioned above either..she just kind of did it herself.  And she stops eating when she is full and I don't push it on her.  She just cut her two bottom teeth and was not eating or drinking nearly as much as she did before.  Today was the first day she has actually eaten like she used to.  I just keep in mind that they are constantly changing and you have to be flexible with their changes.  If she is not ready for a nap, then I don't make her nap but she is generally ready at the times I mentioned.

he'll usually take one longer nap later in the day instead of the 2 somewhat shorter naps he used to take..
just clarifying that...i wrote it kind of confusing...

Hi. My son usually wakes up at around 8 in the morning, he'll have a 7oz bottle and a jar of 2nd stage food. At about 2 he'll have a 7oz bottle. At 6 he'll have another jar of food and some juice in a sippy cup. At 10 he'll have another bottle, a bath, and then we put him down to bed. He usually wakes up once in the middle of the night, and we'll change him and give him a bottle, and then he's right back to sleep.
He plays all throughout the day, really any time he's not eating or sleeping. And he's just now deciding to skip his naps, he doesn't like them...so he doesn't have his first nap anymore, he'll usually crash later, and take a longer nap instead..

Hi...

My son is 7 months already.

Here's is what his schedule is like most days :)



6:30-7am wake up

*change of diaper/clothes

*8oz bottle of formula with cereal OR a Stage 2 Beech Nut Good Morning Jar with 4 oz bottle



(During the wk- this is when he's dropped off at day care!!)



Playtime or Quick Nap

* jumperoo, swing, bouncer seat, mirror time, tummy time*



11-11:30am

*6.5 oz bottle mixed with cereal plus a choice of fruit or veggie

*diaper change



Noon-12:30pm

*In his crib for a refreshing nap (usually naps for around 30-45 mins)



1pm- 1:30pm

*wake up- change of diaper



**More Play until he takes a nap usually around 2 or 3pm**



3:30pm-4pm

*Wake up.... Very active!

* Play



4:30- 5pm

* 8oz. bottle with choice of fruit or veggies OR a jar of Stage 2 Beech Nut's Good Evening Jar with 4 oz. bottle (based on what he wants to eat!!)



** More play with Mom & Dad**

( jumperoo, swing, bouncer seat, or bed)



7-7:30pm

* bathtime

* massage



8pm-9:30pm

* 8-9 oz bottle mixed with lots of cereal.

* Cuddles & Kisses with mom in bed

* Some tv

* Tucked in his crib to sleep for night





* Sleeps through the night since 3 mos old. Falls asleep with pacifier but drops it after he's sound asleep. I had to stop his nighttime feedings and let him suck on his pacifier in order to accomplish this.



~ We are encouraging finger foods right now. Anything he can have, we'll give him. He's a very active, curious little boy.

Hi. My daughter is 7.5 months old..here is our schedule

7:00 -7:30 wake up (usually closer to 7:00), change diaper and breakfast (eats 1 tbsp of oatmeal and a stage 2 fruit, generally eats 3/4 to all of the stage 2)

Play

10:00-10:30 (depending on what time she woke up) 7 oz. bottle and nap

11:30 -12:00 wake up

Play

12:45 Lunch (7 oz bottle) but we are working on transitioning to a stage 2 fruit or veggie

Play/run errands

3:15 -3:30 7 oz bottle and nap

5:00 -5:15 wake up from nap

Play

6:30 Dinner is a stage 2 veg (usually eats 3/4 to all of the veg) and 1 tbsp of rice cereal

Play

7:30 Bath

8:00 bed with a 9 oz bottle

She sleeps through the night but will sometimes get up and hit her soother and go back to bed

We had to let her cry it out at 6 months to get her to sleep through the night. It was awful but the doc said she did not need to eat during the night as it was just a habit and plus it was bad for her incoming teeth. It took about 4 nights and she now sleeps through!

Hi Fabienne, my daughter is also 7 months old but is the youngest of 3 so she has to fit around their rountines pretty much. Milena is on three meals a day but she really does eat alot. She sleeps through more nights than not but does stil wake a couple nights a week. Milena goes to bed between 6 and 7pm and will generally sleep until 5am when she has milk, wil go back to sleep until i have to get her up at 7am when they all eat breakfast, all have a bath and all get dressed. She then is ready for a sleep between 9 and 10am. Milena eats dinner with her brother about 12am and evening is 5.30pm. Milena still demand feeds her breastmilk but this routine works really well for us.
