My son is allergic to eggs, peanuts, soy, and sesame so I have always been somewhat limited on what I can feed him. He has NEVER liked vegetables but I continue to put them on his plate. He is eating pretty well for breakfast. I make him egg less pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal with sippy cup of milk. For snack he was eating yogurt and either a banana or apple with water. Lunch was going okay for awhile I would rotate between grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, fish sticks. He was eating sweet potato fries and now just will eat regular french fries. Now for the last few weeks he will not eat vegetables, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, or the grilled cheese. He is only eating his breakfast, cheez its, crackers, french fries, bananas, and apples. He does LOVE milk so that is good. I give him his vitamins everyday per doctors recommendation. Please give me some advice on getting my son to eat!!

Food allergies are a pain in the neck...I totally know where you are coming from. My older children both have food allergies. One is allergic to wheat (only when grass is pollinating) and the other is allergic to red food dye. My daughter loves fried bologna sandwiches with a little bit of mustard. or just give him the bologna fried by itself and break it up so he won't choke. my daughter also likes those microwave veggie bags you can buy, some have cheese some have butter on them. She loves those, you lose some of the nutrients but it mught get your son to try them. Good Luck hope this was helpful to you. God Bless
