Yogurt

Hi Tami, I give Jack a brand called Vaalia "my first yoghurt". The tubs are quite small so are ideal to offer after a meal. It comes in vanilla or banana flavour. Jack loves the vanilla. The other brand here is Baby Yoplait (spelling?), the tubs are bigger and are a little more expensive for what you get.

I give my guy the gerber yogurt melts and he also eats vanilla flavored whole milk yogurt and cottage cheese too!

Aiden has had the Gogerts, mostly just tastes and the yogert melts.

My daughter has been on solids since 4 months old, and I started her on yogurt at 6 months.
She LOVES it, and her doctor was fine with it. I don't really go by the feeding charts and what not. Unless something is a high allergy food, like strawberries, I will give it to her if she seems interested and I know she can handle it.

In the States I know they have baby yogurt called yobaby, and in Canada where i'm from they have baby yogurt too, which I give to Bridget.

Hi guys, thanks for your replys! I went and got Austin some of the minigo stuff....he loves it, he cried when he ate it all!! haha. He also started food early, just before 4 months, hes a lot bigger then he looks in his picture!! Victoria - I am from Canada, but just curious as to what the brand is that you have there?

I started feeding my daughter the little "minigos" at 6 months and she loved them. I asked my doctor about it and she said it was ok to give her them. However my daughter was eating solids at 4 months cause she was so big.

Hi, don't know where you live, but here in Australia we can buy baby yogurt at the supermarket. It's specially formulated for ultimate nutrition for 6m+. My son loves it. Most other dairy is recommended after 12 months.

I am showing 9 months on my feeding chart. And it says to start with plain yogurt, cheddar cheese and pasta, or tortilla's.
