My niece had 4 come all at once! She is now almost 7 years old and her teeth are how they should be.

It most likely is. My son is 7 months and has his 2nd tooth coming through. My cousin has 2 teeth coming in before turning 2 months and another cousin is older than my son and no teeth at all. Some get them real soon and some it takes awhile.
