i have started going on the treadmill EVERYDAY now and eating better cuz i jumped on the scale and realized i stilll weigh ALOT.. almost as much as i did at the end of my pregnancy.. so my new goal is to drop about 50-60 lbs ( im going to be honest im at about 194 now) is there anything else i should be doing other than the treadmill or walking outside ??
