For the first time I can't keep up with my baby now that I've gone back to work. I want to keep breastfeeding through the winter especially because of the flu season to make sure baby gets my immunities. Any suggestions to keep the milk coming?

I found the fenu greek helped me, along with lots of water, and pumping after each feeding until I was making enough milk to keep up with my baby.

drink green tea with milk in it. (warm is good. a little suger or honey) no idea why, but it really does help you produce more milk. they have to be together or it won't happen. Pump as often as you can, even if it's just a bit. The more your body is letting milk "down", the more your body thinks it needs to make. Good luck! lots of water is helpful too.

pump! it doubles supply. More milk supplements or fenu greek supplements are great to keep it going, Oatmeal and lots of fluids are great. Feed and pump after it will make ur body think you're feeding two. That way you can feed baby and store.good luck!

I work 5 to 6 days aweek and I still breast feed... I pump when I'm away and I also pump a few times before she eats... on top of that I eat oatmeal everyday and drink a tea called Mothers Milk... I feel doing this works great

Drink lots of fennel tea. The fennel help to stimulate the milk flow.

I also drink a breastfeeding tea - which is easily found in the shops here (Austria).

The tea is good hot or cold, so I make a huge pot of it at night and drink it throughout the day.

My son is 2 months old and does not sleep though the night yet....

I have also just gone back to work - only 5 hours a week. My last feed is at 7pm, then my husband feeds our son at 10:30pm (breast milk from a bottle) while I pump between 9:45 and 11:00 pm (depending on when I go to bed) - I find that my milk supply is really good at this time. It allows enough milk for two feeds.
