My daughter seems to be teething, but she has what looks like a wind burn/dry skin rash on her cheeks. What should I use or do?

My little guy had a pretty bad rash too. The dr gave me hydrocrotazone (sorry my spelling is bad) it clears it up real good but a friend of mine suggested my milk instead so breastmilk if your breastfeeding as it contains some good stuff to help with healing.

I only use Lansinoh Lanolin which is for nipples with breastfeeding. It is completely safe if ingested.
"*Soothes, heals and protects sore cracked nipples
*Does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding
*Patented refining process means Lansinoh HPA Lanolin is the world's purest lanolin
* Contains no preservatives or additives of any kind"

My daughter was the same way, my dr told me to put curel lotion instead of baby lotion and it cleared up. I still have to put it on there once a day, but it works.

My daughter has the same thing, she also had it under her chin and she is 4 months old. It almost looks like someone slapped her cheeks. Her Dr. said its a case of eczema and she told me to put Aveeno cream that contains 1% hydrocortizone for 5 days. After that to apply just regular Aveeno lotion daily. It helped a lot.

My daughter's cheeks get redder the harsher her teething gets, then lightens up as the teething subsides. It's like our teething meter, we know it's coming on strong when her cheeks get worse. I have been using Aveeno creams for her cheeks, this helps soften the dryness a lot.

I use Johnson's baby lotion on his skin everyday. He's a big-time drooler and so far his cheeks and chin have been fine.

i use baby kisses. it is by bourdeux (spell check) they make butt paste diaper cream. He had baby acne so i was worried about using the vaseline and cloggin his pores. The baby kisses works great!

My son has the same thing. I was afraid to put vaseline b/c it blocks the pores on sking. I used Huggies baby lotion & it works for a day. Then, his cheeks will be red again.

My son gets those sometimes from drool and the dry, cold air. I put a little bit of vaseline on it and it's usually better in a day or two.
