Just wondering what kind of rear/forward facing car seat everyone has bought since our little ones are at that age. Also do you like it? Does it fit in your vehicle well (what do you drive)? Is your little one comfortable in it?

Thanks!

We have the Alpha Omega. DS loves it! Was DD's when she was smaller, so she is taking it hard. Even though she got a brand new high backed booster. She just loved her 3 in 1 so much!

we use the safety first air protect car seat rear facing (since shes not a year old yet) i LOVE it. its a little snug in my middle seat in the back, but i feel safer with her in the middle. like i said its very snug, we have an 08' jeep compass. but it works, and i prefer the safety ratings of our carseat than me having a little more leg room. haha. :) she is soooo comfy in it too, she sleeps with her head on the air guys on the side, and this car seat has sooo much more padding than any i have ever seen.

I have the Graco My Ride 65 and my daughter absolutely LOVES it. When I purchased it, I thought..gosh, this is big but it fits wonderful in the middle seat of my 2008 Nissan Sentra. I definitely reccomend. They are pretty pricy, close to 200 dollars but definitely worth it. I have a little girl so I purchased the Alma version, it's pink and purple and just gorgeous!

Hi Sarah,

We have a safety 1st air protect complete carseat (here's the link for all the info http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index.jsp?... 1st&origkw=safety 1st&parentPage=search&f=Taxonomy/TRUSCA/2510384)

My LO just loves it so comfy and very roamy (He hatedbeing in his infant carseat).I love it I feel so safe with it and it's easy to clip . I drive a ford escape and I have no issues with it fitting any where in my back seat, I find it easier to place it in the middle of the back seat (just so I can see my LO better and I heard that it's the safest place but that's just me)

Hope this was helpful for you!

We have moved Thor out of his infant carseat and are now using the Sunshine Kids Radian XT. I love it! It has a steal frame which makes it super safe. It is heavy but since we won't be moving it like the infant one I figured it doesn't matter.

We have used it in many cars including a BMW, a Subaru and a minivan. It fits in all of the cars we have tried it in, just sometimes it's a bit tight.

Thor didn't love his baby seat but seems really happy in this one. He has more room and it's more open at the side which I think he really likes.

I have no complaints about this carseat. I my opinion it is a great carseat!
