My 6 1/2 month old daughter used to poo once or twice a day, but lately (for the last month or so) she's been doing it 3-5 times a day. I'm just wondering if this is okay and if any of you are noticing your babies pooing more since starting solids??

Mine does that too! I keep hearing ppl say that their babies poo less frequently now that they are on solids. Mine is still getting used to solids but he still poos at least 4 times a day. And often explosively out of his nappy all over ME. Never my husband, just ME. Does yours do that?? Anyway, not sure if it's normal at not but it's not uncommon :)

My son poos more now that he is on solids, but not as much as yourdaughter. He is formula fed though. He used to poo once a day and now he poos twice a day. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about unless you've noticed other strange behaviours developing or if she seems irritable or it looks like diarheas

My daughter is doing the same thing lol when i told the nurse when i was getting her 6 month shots done, the nurse said thats very good. so i guess that just means they are squeaky clean! lol
