umm... my niece had this problem. You may be feeding him something that he is having problems digesting, is there something that you give him regularly? Are you giving him cow's milk cuz that could be it. Other than that with my niece we would keep babylax on hand. When she was having a difficult bowel movement we would use it. It's available at CVS and Walgreens and probably Walmart and such as well. They seemed to really help her bowel movements although she didn't enjoy having it done very much. It's kinda like a tiny version of an enema. Probably not very comfortable but it really does help them so try that. I would also definitely recommend speaking with his pediatrician if you haven't done so already and get the doctor's opinion on what to do. But till then go out and get the babylax and see if it helps him. Or you could always just make sure to give him prunes everyday, they are good for him anyways!

my doctor recommended orange juice instead of apple since it has more fiber. I also have eliminated banana and apple sauce from her diet and try more bean or things with more fiber. every once in awhile we still have to use prunes.
