My baby is 18 weeks old and she won't eat more than 180ml per bottle at each feed... She is eating every 3 to 3.30 hours even at night! the doctor said i could start giving her baby food, by starting to add 2 spoons in her bottle before she goes to bed at night but it only make her sleep for 4 hours! She doesn't even finish the bottle even if i tries to give her a break during her bottle... She never slept more than 4 hours in a row at night (day time is only about 3 naps of 30 minutes!).
I feel like something is annoying her at night when she needs to wee or she gets winds but she's fine at day time! Please help!!!

What's your night time routine like? Is it really quiet? Does your baby have a schedule? I ask because my by was like that. So I started vitamins, the enfamil ones. tri-vi-sol. Adjusted his schedule, so around 7 I start him getting ready for bed, his bed time is 9:30 right now. I feed him a regular bottle (no cereal) at 6, burp him, then give him a bath, then lotion him down and we either cuddle of watch your baby can read (which usually knocks him out) I change his diaper one more time, make sure his bedroom is a comfortable temperature, give him a gas drop(mylicon), then the a warm bottle with cereal. Burp him again then lay him down he sleeps 7-8 hours. I hope some of this helps. Good Luck!

I think that you are doing fine!!! I have my baby in my bed in a baby bed and listen to his every cues...He still wakes in the night and wants to eat every now and then...you don't need to let him cry if you don't want to...If your not comfy with it don't. You know your baby better than any one. Some sleep through the night and some don't.

I let Isaac cry once for 20 min and it was too hard and it took him forever to settle down also. I wouldn't do that. I don't believe in the cry-it-out method... they have mommies and daddies for a reason and they are helpless at this point.
If you think she has gas at night you can try putting Mylicon (or some sort of baby anti-gas drops) in her last bottle of the evening.
I really just think some babies are harder than others.

well she doesn't startle this easy to be honest... i'm just concern because of what the health visitor said to me! If she cries when she has to go to bed i should leave her... i just can't because she keeps go on crying! i let her 30 minutes once... it's just too hard on me! She started to get all purple and did not settle at all, i had to carry her for 20 minutes more before she came down... but i ll try to make her sleep on her tummy tonight! thanks!

My baby isn't a sleeper either. I don't think anything is wrong - just how they are sometimes. Does she startle easily? I started putting my son to sleep on his stomach and he's done much better.
