My 21 month old wont sleep in her own bed,unless its nap time.It's starting to stress us out a little because she moves so much in her sleep,we would like to know what to do.How can I get her to sleep on her own with out depending on mommy and daddy?

She started after she turned 16 months,like last night she slept on the couch because she refused to sleep in her room.I have NO idea how to fix this,she thinks its a game to bring her back to her room,and she comes running out.

My son is exactly the same! I know I'm to blame because we switched him to hi toddler bed too soon. From day one he kept coming into our bed and we never stopped him. It's all about stopping a habit. Keep taking her to her bed every time she tries to get in. It will take you a long time at first but she will get the picture
